Our Story Our Legacy
“Every great restaurant tells a story. Dum Pukht is ours.”
Dum Pukht began not with a business plan, but with a memory. The memory of a slow-burning kitchen, of spices ground by hand, of patience being the most important ingredient. It is a restaurant that was never meant to be ordinary - and never has been.
